Red Volkswagen Bug embroidery design

Such a gorgeous Volkswagen Bug design for my friend's little nephew! Stitched out beautifully!

Used the largest size for my 4 year old nephew's shirt. He is obsessed with cars and loved it!!! Stitched out with ease! Thanks again!!!

I'd like to download the free file converter software but can't seem to find a way to do that. The MelcoSizer looks like the right programme but it won't open when i click on it. I've tried the DRAWings Snap but there doesn't seem to be a "download" button anywhere.
Can you please advise the steps I need to take to access these programmes?

It is a beautiful design. I however have an issue with the second layer on the hood and roof. I have a 15 needle machine and used a light pink on needle 14 and with the second stitchout a light blue color on needle 9. On both colors the second layer is loose and loopy. I have changed the needles, cleaned the paths and bobbin area, oiled the machine and tightened the tension bar, nothing was working. How will I solve this issue as I would like to use this design many times. Even by scratching on the backside of the project, the loops does not tighten. I have used cutaway underneath with a sandwich of thin batting and scuba fabric (4 way stretch), which I always do when making reading pillows.
