I had an answer from support a few moments ago and I was told to select machine and model. I have a Janome Memory Craft 500 and it is not listed in the drop down menu nor does it give me an option to enter this particular model. I also asked if there was a color change sheet and was not given that answer. Thank you.

Thank you for message. We will add this model very soon. Now you can choose any model of Janome.

How much would you charge to turn this picture into embroidery? I don't want the letters, just the girl in sunglasses and the flowers around her. I already looked on the website and this is the particular design I want to put on a quilt. Like I said I don't need the words, just the girl, peace sign, flowers.
