I am contacting you as I am unable to load my embroidery design into my computer embroidery software program. I downloaded the designs and have tried several options as far as opening them and they have all been unsuccessful.
I just tried uploading it in a different format and I got it to work. I will just save it in the format I need for my machine. Sorry to have bothered you!!
