I attempted to order 1 free rose design but was told I have met my limit, quantity of free designs. I did not realize there was a limit over time as to how many free designs I could get. My order history does not show any orders and I have been a member for 2 years. Please explain. I am doing a memorial project for a friend and she wants a single rose.Thank you
