I sent an e-mail (I think) from your website but am not sure it was sent. Therefore, I am sending this e-mail. I was looking at a adorable girl design and not sure on the agreement. If I purchase the design, do I have to send a request to be able to use the design on my personal shirt?Thank you for your assistance.

No problem for personal or commercial using. Same as Etsy or EBay. Only embroidered items.

First I just want to say thank you for your amazing quality embroidery designs.At the moment I want to buy 5 designs, and want to ask if there is a posibility that I can ask for a little more discount.
My total is $13.45.
Because I am from South Africa and our rand is very low it is a lot of money for me..
I am just asking...

We have many options for rewarding customers. Including a discount. Discounts are cumulative. We do not provide personal discounts. It is very difficult to do, because the store is an automated system.

Hello! I have your software on a disc which I used to install the program on a MacBook. That computer isn't working anymore so I purchased a new MacBook and would like to install the software on my new computer. So I don't need the 30 day free trial since my software has already been paid for. How do I do download it? My new computer doesn't have a disc drive or else I'd just stick it in.

It's not a design that I'm trying to download, it's the MacBroidery lettering software. I did not purchase it through this site so I don't have an Order History. I have the software on a disc but the new MacBook doesn't have a disc drive
