Can you resize this embroidery design for me in 4x4, 5x7, and 6x10 sizes? . And add the word "Mary" is applique, I don't know if you can digitize the outline so that it will applique properly. Please make the word "Mary" so that it does not overlap the Tinkerbell design.

I purchased the Tinker Bell Black and White ID #362. This could be my mistake and didn't read hoop requirements correctly, but I downloaded onto my PE 800 (5x7) and it tells me "The pattern is too large for the extra large embroidery frame." I completely understand there are no refunds, just wondering if I did something wrong or it's a design that is to big for the 5x7.

Yes, this design is larger than your hoop. Project size is easy to check on the product page. There is all the information. This design is 5.51 x 5.51 in size. But you do not worry. We resized the design and sent it to you by email.

The stitch density of this design, broke 2 titanium needles on my Brother Innovis V3. I should have run a test piece first but since I've not had any issues with designs previously purchased from here I went straight to the sweatshirt. I'm going to have to cut the fabric around the embroidery and patch it with another design large enough to cover it. It's going to cost me a fortune to test run every piece I intend to embroider onto clothing. I'm not angry just very sad for my daughter who really wanted this design on her sweater.
