Why doesn't a colour chart and picture of the pattern download with the purchased file? How do you download a picture of the pattern purchased? This is the only embroidery site that does not download all the information needed to embroidery patterns. Once downloaded you can never find it again as there is no picture to print, Will never purchase from here again had to repurchase from another site to complete my task,Very unhappy ex customer

Hello JanetI don't think you paid attention. Each design is accompanied by a color chart. This setting is always the default. You may have accidentally disabled it. We have sent your last order by e-mail.
