This design was way too dense for a medium weight t-shirt. This resulted in some pulling of the shirt so it knocked the final out line off. With this said the design is cute and looks exactly as shown. The fill stitches were very well used and the detail was beautiful. I would give this design a 3.5 out of 5 only because of the density.

All our embroidery design have standard density 0.4 st per mm. This parameter based for cotton ( most popular fabric) for embroidery. Some shirt need decrease density. This is not problem. Please send request via Contact US form. Please write how many % of density you need decrease.

Stitched out beautiful, but for some reason the black out line is off. Any ideas as to why this happens?

tdcan Change or add ply stabilizer - best for cotton 2-3 layers (80-100 gr per m2). Also please decrease embroidery speed tp 400-500 stitches per minute.

I placed order #215090 on December 7. You emailed my receipt along with an approval to download but to date the order is not listed in my history and I cannot download it. You previously communicated with me concerning this issue however you sent me a link for my previous order placed on December 2. I've also forwarded a copy of your authorization back to you however I have not received a response.

Sometimes it takes a little longer to change the status of an order. It depends on the speed of the payment system. But usually it does not take more than 3-5 minutes.
