When I go into my account it is showing that I have 263 free designs. However I have exhausted the designs that are showing in the “Free Designs with Purchase”.It there another way to ‘cash in’ my reward designs – for instance by receiving a big discount on the other priced designs you have.

You now have a 15% discount. Buying our designs this discount will grow. Free designs are an additional form of promotion. But we do not translate free designs into discounts. These are different programs.

Question: Hi -I was wondering if it would be possible to get the this embroidery made smaller. The space we have to fit it is 3 inches across.

Excellent, thank you! I would like .xxx please. I have to tell you, the original one stitched absolutely beautifully! If we decide to do more of the University logos would it be a problem to make them smaller as well? Thank you!!

rescand2: We have emailed your design. Not all designs can be made small. There are projects that contain small details. Machine embroidery is not a print, the minimum stitch size is 0.9 -1.4 mm.
