After passing the payment by any of the payment options, the machine embroidery designs will be available for download. Immediately after the payment is completed, you will be redirected to the order loading page.
Additionally, you will be sent an email with download links.
The exception is payment by eCheck. In this case, the moment when you can download the purchased digital products depends on the time of redemption of the electronic check. Details here I paid via an eCheck. Why can’t I download my order?
Also sometimes delays from 3 to 5 minutes are possible. It depends on the workload of the payment system.
If you paid, but the order is still not available, send us a ticket.
