To reset your password on the embroideres website, click on Sign in in the upper left corner.
In the window that opens, click the Forgot password? button
In the form that opens, enter the email address to which the account is registered.
If your email address is in our database, you will see a form with a message about sending a letter to the email address you entered.
Now you need to check your email account. There you will find a link to reset and set a new password.
If you did not find the letter, check your Spam or Bulk folders.
