Solving Order Issues on Embroideres: What to do if Your Paid Order Doesn't Show
If you haven’t used an eCheck (and if you have, please I paid via an eCheck. Why can’t I download my order?), and there is no sign of your order in Account > Order History, please write a ticket to our Support. Hover your mouse over the Account icon and you will see a drop-down menu. Select My Tickets.
Choose Submit ticket
Describe your problems with as much detail as possible. We will try to answer you as soon as possible.
