Now that I've downloaded the design I wish, I don't know how to transfer it to my Bernina program. With other companies I've ordered from, when I have my Bernina program open, the design goes right to it. That didn't happen with your company. Can you give me some directions please?

rdm121: What embroidery machine you have? Some BERNINA machine used EXP format, some ART.

afryer: For download no need any software. This standard MAC or Windows system function. For open need special embroideyr software. Example My Editor.
