Thank you for the additional information on my order.

I do have another question for you. I ordered three designs as follows:
7962 - Dandelions 2
12356 - Some see weeds, some see wishes
11648 - Cute dog 12

When the download processed, the following file names were shown:
girl198
flowba180
dogfre

The dogfre file is the Cute dog 2 file.
How can I tell what the other two designs are without opening them on my embroidery machine? It's difficult to save them on my computer and know what the heck they are days an months later.
Can you please tell me what "girl198" is, and what is "flowba180"? Are these actually the correct files for my order?
Love your designs but find your site a bit difficult to handle. I've downloaded designs from many sites and have not had these issues.

Please advise.

We have a lot of designs. For example, teddy bears are more than 2000. Naturally, all designs are numbered. Design number is included in his name.
To find out what design you have - download its color table. She will have a look
2. You can download any free software for viewing machine embroidery files onto your computer. For example, My editor. More information on how to open the format you need is available here https://forum.embroideres.com/articles.html/articles/how-to-open-file-in-my-editor-and-save-it-to-another-stitch-format-r178/
3. In the order history you can see the file with the name and image of the machine embroidery design.
Where do you see the problem? How would it be more convenient for you? It is important. help us make this task easier.

Dear Embroideres team,
please excuse my impatience. I am not used to the fact that payment processing via paypal I was just able to load the great motifs onto my computer. I am looking forward to being able to embroider the first samples.
Sincerely yours
