Yoda quarantine embroidery design

Stitched out beautifully. I usually have to tweak designs. I did not have to on this one! It was perfect! Thank you!!!!

We sent ordered design in PES format. Also we change format to PES in your account.

I purchased the Yoda with the mask (Quarantine) yesterday and when I download it to the usb and place it in my machine, it does not read it--ART or EXP formats.
I reformatted the USB thinking it needed that, but it still will not read the design on my machine which is a Bernina B790.
Thinking it might be the design, I downloaded another design that I purchased from your company and the same thing happens. It shows up on the list in the USB and also when I look at the design in Bernina Artlink, however neither designs comes up when the usb is placed in my machine.
Are there any suggestions you have for me?

I just sent a message to you about the design I purchased and it not showing up on my machine.
I keep very good records on my designs and in fact if I have used a design I write the USB that I put it on for quick reference the next time I need it. Just for fact checking, I went back to my list of all of my designs I have which includes the name of the design, date and company I purchased it from. I wanted to see if the previous designs I had used from your company were still on the disk. They were not, however the designs from the other companies are still there. This is bizarre. Please help me.

Answer to Anita53: No worries. All your orders saved. You can download again in order history. Unfortunately, we cannot tell what is happening on your computer. Designs are ordinary files, they cannot execute commands on their own. It's impossible. You may have moved them to a different folder. If you do not find them, you can re-download them in the order history.

Your embroidery machine does not understand the ART format. She understands the following formats..EXP, .DST, .PES, .PEC, .JEF, .SEW, .PCS, .XXX We re-send you 2 types. I think this will solve all your questions.
