Please help me. Yesterday I place an order for Blues Clues (the dog with the tablet) order number 2447171. It looks like it will come in all formats but when I downloaded the item it came in a jef file. I need it to compatible for a Brother machine which is a PES file. How do I get the correct file for my design? Please help soon.

Can you please help me? I just ordered and paid for a Blue Clue machine embroidery design (blue with a notepad) #8B806744E7152971T. When you sent me the download it was in the wrong machine format. I need a PES format for my Brother Machine. Could you please send me the correct format?
