I am having trouble with the download of my order. It’s coming in a pdf format. So I was able to see the colors needed for the design but unable to get the pes format to actually do the design.

I ordered Mario , Super Luiji, and Super Mario designs. I DID NOT get the Mario 3 design. Also What is the meaning of SUper Mario 4,4a,4b,4c???
Also Sup[er Luiji 1a,1b. It is all so confusing. I downloaded MArio and on my machine the picture is very fuzzy. Is it okay to embroider? Also I have 2 of those, but not Super Mario3. THANKS in advance.

To see the correct colors, you need to use the color table, which is attached to each file.
