I have just purchased your Harry potter designs but upon embrodering the design it has quickly gone out of allinement. I have been doing machine embroidery for over 10 years and not had theses issues before.Please can you let me know what issues this pattern has.

Design cannot fail. This is just a copy of the file. But even if you suddenly lost your files, you can download them again in the order history. Anytime.
