Was wondering if the crown royal design can be made to fit a 4x4 hoop for pes format.

Why is my bobbin thread showing on top when doing this design? I am using the Babylock Sofia2 and have not had this issue with other designs. I even use no show mesh and a water soluble on top to see if that would work. Is the design too heavy w/thread?
