I made a purchase several months ago. A large number of them were to large for my machine. I have a 4 x4 sewing area. I did not see where I could specify hoop size, as not to run into this problem. If I were to let you know which ones I need re-sized, can that be done?

I'm sorry for being such a problem with purchasing. I'm am so leary because of a fraud. I went back to the purchase page and I think I figured it out. I have numerous designs I wish to purchase in the future. When I paid for the design it sent me back to your web site and said it "could not be down-loaded at that time and to come back later". I tried the Order History button and then it popped up in my email. What ever that was all about. I had no problem down-loading them into my folders in Design Space and I wasn't expecting more than one size. But I can use them.

Do you have a phone number? If not would you please explain about the points and using them towards free designs. It said I had over 400?

Is there some place on your web site that I have missed that will answer such questions?
