Hi there, i did download jef and jef+ and all other formats for three logos (i think you can see my history of orders) but it didnt show on my usb stick.I have the Janome Memory Craft 450e... i did take the file-s form your site and went to the other site and used there tool to convert this files to jef ...and it worked.
is there any way that i can make you jef format to work on my machine? if you can help me with this, I will continue shopping on your site :)

answer to gailbox : Thank you for message. We did not encounter such problems.We checked your account and noticed that you have chosen a large number of different formats. Maybe you just downloaded the file with the error. This can happen if the file is not fully loaded.
Try downloading our free design and see if there are any problems with them.
