It all depends on the type of embroidery machine you have. It is best to refer to your embroidery machine with instructions. In most cases, designs are transferred to flash media as regular files.

I am unable to see my last purchases on my purchase history.I did see the color charts, downloaded it, made no difference.I am speaking of this design in particular - 2 colors - I don't want to pay for something where I manually need to make my color choices.This is what I purchased and this is what I got - I did download the jpeg file. I have never had any problems purchasing designs from your site but would be very disappointed if this one is a 2 color do it yourself design.
