Can anyone help me...my hard drive crashed and I had to replace it. I was using Janome Digitizer V5 on that computer. I had to replace the hard drive and now I cannot download my program. I get the following message : "Could not generate the license because the New SL Key Pool on the Master key is depleted or has expired". I am waiting on Janome and Wilcom to call me but so far I have not heard from them. Thank you to anyone out there that can give me some advise.

I have a Babylock Elegante and have always used PES designs. Every once in awhile, depending on the embroidery site, they won't download, and have had to use VIP. That is my issue from your site, my software says it is an unrecognizable format. Am I going to be able to re-download them in VIP?
