Hi, I am sara. I'm having trouble with downloading my purchased designs....freebies are out of the question. Can someone please email detailed, step by step instructions to me? Got myself a new machine,...Janome 400 e MC. Scared crap-less to use it, but wanted new designs to go nuts.with.... used to the Janome 300 E, and the Janome 350E. ...fell in love with that baby, but it's worn slap out. So, all I've got now is the very intimidating scared of, 400 E. So much is different on it, plus I've had the others for 12 years. I guess it's time.. Can you please help me??? Thanks, Sara
