To whom it may concernI downloaded the Hallweenb ghost in a JEF file to stitch out on my Janome machine.
The file showed on my machine when the usb was inserted but an error message came up saying something about deleting corrupt file.
Could you please advise how this can be rectified.

I have downloaded all the correct file formats for my Brother LB-6800 Project Runway and the machine will not even recognize the files. What am I supposed to do? If these will not work I would like a refund please.

The problem is not the format, but the size of the design. Your embroidery machine has a hoop of 4 hours 4 inches.The design you have chosen has a larger size.
We sent a design that is compatible with your hoop.
In the future, be sure to consider the size information. This information is on every product page.
