I am unable to print out the design for any of these downloads. The color chart, business heading and instructions print out but the picture of each design does not appear when printed. I am able to see the picture in my print preview but not when it is printed out. I have tried to do this on 2 separate computers - Windows and Mac - and the results are the same. I would appreciate any help you might give me as I do not want to reference the printout each time with a picture each time I am considering using it.Thank you
