FAQ: Babylock and Brother Formats
Question: Is a Brother pes design format the same as Babylock pes?? I have a Babylock and use pes. I did not see Babylock pes in the choices.
Answer: Yes. These fformats same.
Question: I am unable to download my recent purchase [ which is required in pes format] , your site does not list Brother Innov-is 4000D, and will not add it to your list. Please advise.
Answer: In our store available model Brother 4000. This is absolutely same as model 4000D.
Customer question: Good morning I have recently purchased some beautiful designs from your company. I wanted to let you know, before I do any feedback online, that although your designs are amazing, how disappointed I am that you let my purchase go through, knowing that the designs would not work on my Brother machine. I was not aware this would happen as it did say the brand name of my machine. I am not conversed in different embroidery machines and did not understand that the design would not work. I thought all PES designs would work on my machine. I am a very disappointed customer as I really love the designs.
Answer: All PES formats are the same (as digital format). Only the dimensions of the hoop are different. The same design has a PES shape, but different sizes.If you have a Brother SE 400 embroidery machine, it only have a hoop size of 4 x 4. And this machine can't use a 5 x 5 inch design. But the same design can use the machine Brother Innov-is 1800. Machine compatible with big hoop.
