I picked the wrong extension for my files .. I purchased two files and the information said Bernina art... My Bernina doesn't have real art files, but it reads exp. I would like to get those files in the correct format, please. Or a refund as I can not use them.

Modern embroidery machines from Bernina use EXP formats. You can change the format at any time. More information here
