What to Do If Embroidery Design Files Are Corrupted
Don’t panic. Contact us immediately and we will help you solve the problem. Select My Tickets from the Account menu

Click Submit Ticket button
1. Select the type of appeal - Order Related
2. Enter your order number
3. Enter a name for the machine embroidery design.
Do not worry, the search is working in the system. You just need to enter 1-2 digits from the order number and select the one you need from the list.
Similarly, enter the first characters of the product name and select the desired machine embroidery design from the drop-down list.
4. Describe the problem you are having. If the problem is related to the quality of machine embroidery, please indicate the materials used; type of fabric, stabilizer and its density.
If you need a different design size - specify the size you need and the format.
Attach a photo that best demonstrates the problem.
At the end click Submit Ticket. Your appeal will be registered in the system. We will try to solve your problem as quickly as possible. The answer will be displayed in the My Tickets section.
