I don't seem to have the option to download the designs I just purchased. I don't see a download button that will actually download them all. Also, I ordered the Ohio State logo and thought that it had white thread used in it (so it would show up on a red background) but the color choices are only red, gray, and black. Do you have one that also stitches with the white thread as shown on the picture?

Bebelle: Your order is available in the order history.All designs are meant to be embroidered on white fabric. If you need to add a white background, we can do it. Tell me what size and format you need.

I need the Ohio state emblem with a white background added and the 69 × 65 mm 2.72 × 2.56" in PES (Brother) format. Do I wait to pay or do I go ahead and pay?
