I ordered the sad horse design. I downloaded it in Art format, but in total different colour of threads than in the design itself. I am using the Bernina Art Design programme. What am I doing wrong?Greetings

You do everything right. But there are a number of limitations. There are more than 50 different embroidery formats in the world, and more than 40 different programs for viewing and editing machine embroidery files. Additionally, there are more than 60 different embroidery yarn palettes (only for machine embroidery).There is no technical ability to understand what software the user will use.
Therefore, sometimes the colors of threads are displayed on the computer or embroidery machine is not correct.
To resolve this issue, a designation file with colors in a popular graphic format is attached to each design. It is convenient to view it on any computer, mobile phone or print.
We can also provide a table of colors in your palette.
