I bought this file, unfortunately I did not notice that the file has more than 57000 stitches. My machine can only embroider 35000 stitches. Is this file also available with fewer stitches?

Do not worry. There are several solutions.1. Write your type of embroidery machine.
2. Divide the file into 2 parts.
3. Reduce stitch density.

Спасибо за сообщение. Мы исправили проблему и отправили дизайны вам по электронной почте. DSB формат достаточно редко используется в машинной вышивке. Обычно используют DST поэтому к некоторым дизайнам этот формат может отсутствовать. Мы исправляем эту проблему по мере работы.Еще раз извините за причиненные неудобства.
