I buy some ítems and I want a buy more but I wanted the items in a specific size the others I buy is to big and they don’t serve me for what I wanted... I’m doing mask for the pandem and I needed for border in the mask... Need yo be like 50 mm máximums 70 mm no more... If a make the purshase can you change that... Sorry for my english is better my spanish

Answer to pompom : An important point, clarifying what design you need to do. This is important, not all designs can be reduced or enlarged.

Hi My order wont save straight on to my pc. I have a Brother Innovis 6000D . I normally can save onto my computer and then edit on my machine. Its asking for a card reader.Thank you for your help.

Author to LoisAsh: You do not need to use a special device. You can use any USB media. You can find out the order and volume from the instructions for your embroidery machine.
