For some strange reason the file with santa on the polar bear will not load. Ive had no issues with all other files I've purchased from you. I repurchased this item again this morning because I need to use the design today and still it's not working. When I originally placed the order it showed ready for download. Again I don't even see the order in my history file. It looks like something is not quite right in your system.When I ordered this morning it used the incorrect date for the order. Is the a number I can call you from?

Yes there is a certain problem with order numbers. And we solve it. But this does not stop you from loading the order. All paid orders are displayed in your order history. Just look at the last 3-4 items on the list. Or search by order number. Also remember that a copy of the order with download links has been sent to you by e-mail.

I bought 4 of the Spiderman designs yesterday and have stitched all out but I am so disappointed with them. They stitch out beautifully but the outline on every one is not meeting up with the design. :( I have tried using different size hoops but still get the same issue. My fabric is hooped tightly and my machine is the Brother Dream Machine which has just been serviced and I have sewn out other designs without any issue. I am at Hair Pulling stage as I need to get these done for a Christmas gift.
When I open the designs in Embird they look perfect so what is your suggestion?

We test all machine embroidery designs. I looked at your photo. It seems to me that your stabilizer is not very dense. Increase the density. Usually I use 2-3 layers with a density of 80-100 grams per 2.
We will also try to compensate for your losses by adding the design amount to your account.
