Question: Hello, I have a problem with the design of the machine embroidery. The picture that shows up on my screen is different than the one on your sight and the download. i am using the pes format with my baby lock Solaris.
Answer: Since there are a huge number of embroidery machines in the world and each of them has its own color coding. Therefore, the colors when displayed on the monitor or sewing machine screen may differ from those highlighted on the product page. Therefore, you need to use the color table that comes with the file.
