Now we re-hoop fabric and re-hoop it so that a marked technical line surely get to a field of embroidery and will be parallel to the short party of a tambour, the marking of a rectangle will be parallel to the long party of a tambour:

The marking of a rectangle will be now no more than a reference point for hooping. Fabric is a mobile material, and the embroidery cann't reach the marking line, or cross it. You shouldn't be frightened it, the main thing true to observe the marking direction, hooping the marks always parallel to one of the parties of a tambour and not to distort fabric. And the embroidery let will be there where gets. At me after the first hooping the border began to pass for marked dimensional lines.

Now we load the file: border. The beginning of this design is exposed forcibly in the right top corner. It has to coincide precisely with a corner of specially embroidered line of a marking in the previous hoop:
