Napkin with FSL embroidery designs page 9

This distance has to be equal in an ideal 16 сm, but in life such practically never happens. At me  this distance turned out equal 15 сm:

It isn't terrible. It was necessary to correct only the size of the file (end) which will close a circle. I do it so: I load the file the My Editor converter (free machine embroidery software) and I allocate all embroidery design. Further in a lateral toolbar I allocate the bottom Scale design tool:

I have a window for scaling of design which I remove keep proportional tick that allows me to change the scale of my drawing only on any axis. I need to change scale only on an axis Y:
